3/02/2011 Thank you for a job well done! Our plumbing experience was great. Our 2400 sq. foot home needed a soft water system. Our water has lots of calcium and it was taking its toll on our showers, toilets and fixtures. San-Ray came out to give us an estimate and explained everything they would do. We set an install date and they arrived on time and did everything they said they would. Their work was neat and clean as were they. Two days after the installation, we were called to make sure everything was to our liking and everything was working as it should. We would recommend San-Ray to anyone who needs plumbing services. Their price is fair, their work is impeccable and they are just nice people!

2/26/2011 Let me just say thank you San-Ray Plumbing Co. I was working on the kitchen faucet that had a slow drip. It had been doing that for some time. I was trying to shut off the water with the shutoff just below the sink. One of the valves was stuck and wouldn’t close. After applying a little pressure I was able to turn the valve, but it wasn’t shutting off the water. It appeared that my valve was broke. So I turned off the house water and started to look into the problem. After I realized that this was going to be time consuming and I wasn’t really sure if I was going to be able to find the right parts, I placed a call to San-Ray Plumbing Co. Ray was friendly and gave me a few tips over the phone. He was able to locate the correct part and was at my house in under thirty minutes after my original phone call. Within ten minutes he had the part replaced and we were able to turn the water back on and resume normal life. He also had the replacement parts for the leaky faucet. I found San-Ray Plumbing to be friendly fast and affordable.

Let’s face it, no one wants to spend money on plumbing, it’s not fun… but when you do call San-Ray. He came to my home when he said he would, was capable, used quality parts, did the job in a professional and quick manner and instilled confidence in me. What more could you ask for? I will call San-Ray if I have problems in the future.
Oh, and he cleaned up after himself. Bonus points. 🙂

01/22/2009 Excellent Customer Service/Support. Ray and his son from San-Ray Plumbing came to the rescue and used their expertise to repair and configure an iron water filtration system that was originally configured improperly. They made the necessary road trips to Donnelly from Caldwell and stuck with the project until the system was working perfectly. Ray went above and beyond the call of duty and used his extraordinary knowledge of filtration systems to re-configure our non-working system so that is functioned properly. I would highly recommend San-Ray Plumbing. They are knowledgeable and professional with the work they perform.

01/19/2009 SOFTENER TANK REPLACEMENT. Ray took care of a warranty softener resin tank issue for one of my customers and could not of taken care of it any better. He was prompt, courteous and very professional. He took care of the customer and treated him right.

01/14/2009 I called San-Ray Plumbing to repair the plumbing at a rental home of mine. The tenant said it was backed up. The plumber called and told me that the problem was not what the tenant did, but that the drain pipes had been installed incorrectly. The cost to repair the pipes would be $400 or $500. I told him to repair the problem. The repair was done very quickly and it only cost me $318.00. I would call this company again for any repairs.

01/09/2009 We recently had a defective water softener (not purchased from San-Ray) repaired by San-Ray Plumbing. We were most pleased with their work and we felt their price was very reasonable. The softener was under warranty for parts but not for labor. San-Ray had to make two trips to our home. One to ascertain the problem and the second to replace the defective part which had to be ordered. In both cases they called ahead to establish a time that would be convenient for us and arrived at the scheduled time. We were very pleased with the service they provided and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing plumbing help.
